Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • You receive a damaged product.
  • You receive a defective item.
  • You receive the wrong product.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos or videos of the product.

Items must be:

  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • In their original packaging
  • With all tags and accessories intact

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used products
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Products damaged due to customer handling
  • Sale or clearance items (unless damaged or incorrect)

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

If you paid through Cash on Delivery (COD), we may request your bank account details for processing the refund.

Replacement Policy

Eligible products may be replaced instead of refunded if:

  • The item is damaged during shipping.
  • The wrong item has been delivered.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • If the return is approved because of a damaged or incorrect product, Gopu Collection will bear the return shipping cost.
